Joe and Anna first met each other in Billings Montana, at a plasma donation center. Their paths could have crossed many times before, as Anna went to college in the town that Joe grew up in, and Joe was stationed near the town that Anna grew up in. However, it was all in God's perfect timing that Joe and Anna met at Biolife Plasma Services in January 2023. Joe noticed Anna when he first came to donate plasma back in October 2022 and was interested in the cute phlebotomist for months before they got their chance to talk to each other.
Finally, Joe came in to donate plasma and Anna happened to be the phlebotomist that was assigned to him that day. During their first encounter, they connected over the places they both lived and how they just happened to end up meeting in Montana of all places. Anna went home that night and told her mom about the cute guy with pretty eyes and a nice beard. In February, on Joe's birthday, Joe came back in to donate, and Anna made a point to go to wish him a happy birthday. That night Joe found Anna on FaceBook(after months of trying to track her down) and they were able to start talking on the phone. A few days after Joe's birthday, Anna ended up asking Joe to get drinks after her shift ended(yes, Anna asked Joe out on their first date, although Joe says it was more of a hangout and insists that he asked her on the first date...) They quickly realized a growing connection and in March, Joe asked Anna to be his girlfriend and she said yes!
After a year of dating and falling in love, Joe surprised Anna with a vacation to celebrate their first anniversary. It turned out that Joe had more surprises in store for Anna than just a vacation. On May 15th, 2024 Joe got down on one knee and asked Anna to marry him on a beach in Puerto Rico. Now they will be getting married almost a year later on a beach in Mexico with their closest friends and family there to support and celebrate them.
